1 c jalapeno (seeded and cut up) 1 c bell pepper (seeded and cut up) 1 c vinegar 5 c sugar 1 bottle Certo
Put both peppers and vinegar in blender on course. Put in a large pot and add 5 c sugar Cook 15 minutes. Add 1 bottle Certo. Sir and test on saucer. If it doesn’t jell, cook another 10 – 15 minutes. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
