2-3 jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped
1 lb shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle peppers in a well greased 9 inch square pan. Cover with cheese. Pour eggs over cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until firm.
Cool and cut into 1 inch squares.
