Round Steak
Salt
Pepper
Flour
Oil
Sliced onion (optional)
Beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Trim and cut round steak until about 2” in size.
Season with salt and pepper and dredge in flour.
Brown on both sides. (May add sliced onion while browning meat). Pour in beef broth to cover meat and simmer until done.
