1 turkey
Salt and Pepper
1 apple
Several stalks of celery
Butter, melted
Remove neck and giblets from cavity of turkey.
Save giblets.

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry turkey well. Salt and pepper turkey inside and out. Stuff the neck with an apple. Stuff the cavity with several stalks of celery. Brush melted butter all over. Place turkey on rack and roast 18 minutes per lb. If turkey turns too dark, tent with foil.
