1 unbaked pastry shell
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 can (14 oz.) evaporated milk

Combine eggs, sugars, flour, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and ginger.
Blend in pumpkin.
Gradually add evaporated milk.
Mix well.
Place in unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 450 for 10 mins. then at 350 for 40 to 50 mins.
Pie is done when a knife inserted halfway between center and outside of filling comes out clean.
