Ingredients:  
3 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
pinch of nutmeg
a few drops hot pepper sauce
2 cloves garlic
2 cans (14 oz.) artichoke hearts
1 pkg. (10 0z.) spinach
2 c. shredded Jarlsberg cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add flour and cook over medium heat.
Add milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg and hot pepper sauce and cook until thick.
Cool.
Process garlic, artichoke hearts and spinach in food processor until smooth.
Stir into cooled sauce.
Stir in cheese.
Spoon into baking dish and cover with more cheese.
Bake at 350 for 25 mins
