1 lb. raw lean pork cut into 3/4 in. squares 1 to 2 eggs (beaten) Coating: 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. accent 1/2 tsp salt Sauce: 1 c. pineapple chunks 1 medium green and/or red pepper (sliced) 1 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 c. sugar 1/3 c. pineapple juice 1/4 c. ketchup 1/2 c. vinegar
Coat pork with beaten eggs. Then dip into coating. Deep fry individual pieces. Prepare sauce, cooking over low heat, stirring constantly.
