1 lb white beans
3/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c molasses
1/3 c ketchup
2 tsp salt
1 c tomato juice
1 tsp mustard
3 strips bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight. Cook beans 1 1/2 hrs until soft but not mushy. Mix all ingredients except bacon with 1 pint of water from beans. Drain beans an place in oven proof casserole dish pour mixture over the beans so they are covered. Spread strips of bacon on top and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake in 350º oven for 20 to 25 min.
