1/4 c. onion 1/2 lb ground round 1/2 lb ground pork 2 green peppers chopped 1/4 c. butter Salt and pepper to taste Chili powder to taste 1 qt tomatoes 1 lrg can corn 1 c. yellow corn meal 1 c. whole canned milk 2 beaten eggs
Combine onion THRU chili powder and cook until almost done. Add tomatoes THRU cornmeal and cook until thick. Add milk and eggs stir until mixture boils. Put in large pan and bake for 1 hour at 325º
