1 c sifted flour
2 tsp baking powder Topping
1/4 tsp salt 1 c brown sugar
3/4 c sugar 1/4 c cocoa
2 Tbsp cocoa 1 3/4 c boiling water
1/2 c milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp oil
Directions:
Directions:
Sift all dry ingred. together. Stir in milk, oil and vanilla. Spread mixture in pan and mix topping together and pou boiling water over it. Bake at 350º for 45 mins.
