1 cup Shortening (rosemary uses butter)
1 1/2 C Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 3/4 C Flour
2 t Cream of Tarter
1 t soda
1/2 t Salt
2 T White sugar
2 t Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, cream of tarter, soda and salt and add all together. chill for 2 to 3 hours. Roll into balls mix white sugar and cinnamon. Roll balls in mixture and place on cookie sheet 2" apart. Bake 8-10 min at 350.
cookies will puff up then flatten.
