See chili recipe for chili meat

Directions:
Directions:
Grease bottom of 9X13 oblong dish. Place small amount of grease in bottom of skillet. Heat oil until medium hot. Place one tortilla in oil just until slightly softened. Place tortilla in dish and add a small layer of chili meat, cheddar cheese and onion (optional). Roll and place seam side down. Roll remaining tortillas and mixture to fill dish.
Cover with grated cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
