1 lb ground meat
1 c chopped onion
1 can clove garlic, minced.
1 T Gebhardt Chile powder.
1 ½ t ground cumin
½ t ground oregano.
1 t salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Spray pan. In skillet brown meat with onion and garlic. Sprinkle meat lightly with flour and stir well.
Add remaining contents with about 2 cups water.
Stir and simmer about 20 minutes. If too thick add more water, if too thin add more flour.
