Ingredients:
4 c. vinegar (I usually use plain white vinegar)
4 c. sugar
1 1/3 tsp. tumeric
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
1 1/3 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. pickling salt
1 gal. cucumbers (washed and sliced)
3 medium onions (I like to use white onions)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together vinegar, sugar, tumeric, mustard seed, celery seed and pickling salt. After stirring, pour over the cucumbers and onions. Place in refrigerator. They will last there for at least one year or more.

Note: You can start eating them soon, but the longer they are refrigerated, the more tasty they become and the more marinated the pickles will get.
