1 (6 oz.) contained of yogurt (vanilla or matching fruit flavor can be used)
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 sweetener packets

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Makes 8 1/2 c. servings.
