Let bread dough rise. Cube cheese and mix together with pepperoni. Spread on dough. Sprinkle 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese on top. Roll dough like loaf of bread. Bake for 30 min at 350º. Let cool and slice. Make 2 loaves.
