1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 c. Onion, chopped
1 c. Celery, chopped
1 c. Cooked Rice
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 c. Soy Sauce
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef; add onions and salt. Simmer. Cook rice and celery together. Add soup and soy sauce. Blend all ingredients. Put in casserole dish. Bake at 350 approximately 1 hour.
