1 can (14.75oz) Salmon
2 c softened bread crumbs
1/3c minced onions
¼ c milk
2 eggs
2 t lemon juice
¼ t salt
Pinch of black pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon, reserve 2 T liquid. Remove skin and bones from salmon. Combine all ingredients, including 2 T of liquid. Shape into (8) 1” patties.
Pan fry on both sides in small amount of oil until golden brown.
