2 pkgs of wieners (inexpensive Rath)
1 T salt
1/2 T black pepper
1/2 bottle Tabasco peppers with juice
A few black peppercorns
A few slices of garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Boil wieners until swollen but do not let them split.
Drain water. Cut into 1/4 pieces. Sterilize quart jars to be used. Put a few wieners in a quart jar. Add salt and pepper, a few more wieners and layer with Tabasco peppers, peppercorns and garlic. Heat vinegar and pour over contents. Seal. Let sit 3 days before serving.
