3 c flour
2 c sugar
2 t cinnamon
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
1 c vegetable oil
4 eggs beaten
(2) 10 oz pkgs. frozen strawberries thawed
1 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Add oil and eggs and mix thoroughly. Stir in strawberries and nuts. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.

The flavor improves if the bread is wrapped tightly and allowed to sit overnight before slicing.
