"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

1 med onion diced
2 beef bouillon cubes ( more or less according to taste)
salt pepper to taste
3-4 T cooking oil / bacon grease

Directions:
Directions:
Place all in frying pan and stir to mix onions well with cabbage. Fry as if frying potatoes. Cover till cabbage is softened and you can begin turning with spatula. You will want this to brown slightly. Very good side dish.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If using a really large cabbage might need a little more oil and 1 or two more bouillon cubes. The cabbage shrinks down alot.
