Dad's Chinese Shrimp Recipe

1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. sugar
dash of salt
dash of garlic
dash of ginger
1 lb. bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and heat for 15 minutes. Then cut bacon into 3 parts and partially cook (until clear) still able to be wrapped. Then wrap shrimp with bacon. Hold bacon with toothpicks. Marinate shrimp in sauce and bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until bacon is done. You may have to turn shrimp midway through baking.
