16 oz cooked macaroni 3 eggs 1 1/2 cups milk 4 cup grated cheese salt and pepper to taste
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Mix eggs and milk in a separate bowl. Put 1/3 of the macaroni in a buttered 9X13 glass baking dish. Salt and pepper pasta,sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese on top. Repeat layering 2 more times. Pour egg mixture on top. Cook in the microwave about 30 minutes. Stir after 15 minutes. ( To bake in the oven cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.) Stays more moist in the microwave.
