Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Jumbo Shrimp, raw, shells on, rinsed
2-3 bottles of good quality beer (drink other 3!)
2 Lemons, cut into quarters
Old Bay Seasoning
(at least 2) bratwurst sausages

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan (that has steamer insert), pour beer in, add bratwursts & bring to a boil. Continue boiling for 15 minutes. Remove brats (& grill em at your leisure).

Reduce liquid to a slow boil. Squeeze juice from lemons into beer, toss the wedges in as well once done squeezing. Add liberal amount of Old Bay seasoning to this liquid.

Place shrimp in even layer on steaming tray, cover & steam over the beer soup until pink on all sides. Generally take 2-3 minutes TOPS. You can toss them or turn them once during this steaming period.

Once cooked, place shrimp in bowl with cover (or just cover with foil), sprinkle liberally with Old Bay seasoning & toss to coat.

These can be served hot or cold (but not room temperature) with any shrimp sauce of your choosing.

Personal Notes:
The key to the flavor of these is the brats added to the beer. The brats get great flavor from this as well... feel free to cook this with up to 6 brats & then grill em up right away or refrigerate & grill later!
