3 c all-purpose flour
5 tsp pumpkin-pie spice
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 c sugar
15 oz can pumpkin
4 eggs
1 c oil
1/2 c orange juice
1 c cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 350. Grease & flour 2 9X5" loaf pans. Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice; baking soda & salt in large bowl. Combine sugar, pumpkin, eggs, oil & orange juice in large mixer bowl. Beat until just blended. Add pumpkin mixture to flour mix. Stir until just moistened. Fold in cranberries. Spoon mixture into prepared loaf pans. Bake 60-65 minutes. Cool in pans on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
