3 tblsp butter
1 c finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground coriander
3 c water
3 chicken or vegetable bouillion cubes
1 (15oz) can pack pumpkin
1 c fat free half 'n half

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large saucepand over medium hi heat. Add onion & garlic; cook 3-5 minutes. Stir in curry powder, salt, coriander. Cook for 1minute. Add water & bouillion. Bring to a boil. Reduce to low heat. Cook & stir occasionally for 15-20 minutes.
