1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 lb. velveeta cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can corn, drained
1 can pinto beans
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes, original or mild
Fritos

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion, drain well. Melt cheese. Combine all ingredients and simmer until warm. Serve over Fritos. (I just brown the beef and onions and start adding stuff. Easy to make--not good for the diet.)
