2 16oz loaves Kings Hawaiian Sweet Bread
1 c. mayo
1 lb bacon crisp and crumbled
1 c. sour cream
2 med tomatoes, ripe and chopped
1 pkg 10oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained

Directions:
Directions:
Carve out center care of bread within one inch of bottom and sides keeping bowl intact.
Cube bread that was removed and additional loaf. Place bowl and cubes on baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 350 for 11-13 min until golden brown. Blend mayo and sour cream together in med bowl, add bacon and spinach. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled, just before serving stir in tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to bread bowl and serve with bread cubes and cut up vegetables
