Ingredients:  
1 tbs olive oil
8 oz Italian sausage
1 c chopped mushrooms
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 can petite diced tomatoes
8 oz clam juice
1 10 oz can baby clams

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, pour in olive oil. Saute garlic, sausage and mushrooms. Stir in tomatoes, clam juice and clams. Bring to boil. Spoon into bowls; top with garlic croutons.
