1 c. butter 1/2 c. confectioners sugar 2 1/2 c. sifted flour 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 c. chopped nuts
Cream together butter and confectioners sugar. Add flour and salt. Work dough with hands and blend in Vanilla and chopped nuts.
Form into balls about 1" in diameter. Place 2 1/2" apart on a greased pan. Bake 14-17 minuets at 400º, while warm roll in more confectioners sugar. Cool and roll again in confectioners sugar. Recipe can be doubled and tripled easily.
