Limes
Coconut Rum
Brazilian Cachaça (an alcohol made of fermented sugarcane)
Ice
Sugar Cubes

Directions:
I find that it is easiest to make this drink by the glass. First cut a lime into wedges and place at the bottom of a whiskey glass. Add one sugar cube and mash with the limes until the juice is extracted (try not to mash the skin of the lime, or it will become bitter). Add 1 1/2 shots of cachaça and one shot of coconut rum. Stir with ice and enjoy!

Personal Notes:
Great for cooling down on hot summer days, or as an upscale cocktail for parties.

Note: This is a rather potent drink. It is not the kind that you drink all day long, otherwise you might not remember what happened!
