Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup minced sauteed onions
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger

Gravy
3 tbsp flour
salt and pepper
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together meatball ingredients. Shape into meatballs. Brown well in butter.

Stir flour into dripping left in skillet. Add salt, pepper and water. Stir until thickened. Strain. Return meatballs to gravy. Simmer about 10 min.
