2 Bags of Simply Potatoes hashbrowns
1/2 medium vidalia onion, chopped (sweet)
1/3 c. melted butter (5 1/2 tbsp)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz. tub sour cream
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

Directions:
Directions:
Place both bags of hasbrowns in a greased 4 qt.. casserole dish. Add salt and peeper to your liking. In a bowl, mix butter, soup, onion, sour creams, and 2 cups of cheese.

Pour mixture over hashbrowns.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese over the top.

Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes.

Serves 8-12 people. This makes a lot!
