1/2 c. Lard
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast dissolved in 1/4 c. water
1 c. warm water
1 c. scalded milk
1 1/2 c. raisins
6 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix like regular bread - Let rise 1 hour. Knead - let raise another 1 1/2 hours. Shape into 2 loaves, put cinnamon sugar on top and let raise another 30 minutes or so and bake 30 minutes @ 375º
