2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. milk

1 box confectioner's sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
ADD milk to consistency you want

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together with mixer. Add eggs to mixture, one at a time, until well blended. Blend in remaining ingredients to make stiff dough. Chill dough. Roll out to desired thickness on floured board. Cut out cookies and place on GREASED cookie sheet. Bake at 350/375 ºF until brown on top (usually 8-10 minutes). The longer you bake them the crunchier the cookie. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Icing for cookies can be thin, so you can pour over cookies. Or thicker to spread with spatula or for decorating. Just depends on how much milk you add, so start off slow. If you add too much milk, just add more confectioner's sugar.
