1 32oz frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup diced onion
1 1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

topping
3 cups crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:

Mix top ingredients pour into 9x13 top with corn flakes. Bake 350 for 45 min. Great side dish!!
