6 c. red raspberries
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1 9" deep dish graham cracker crust

Cream filling:
1 8oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. whipped topping
1c. confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mash about 2 cups raspberries to measure 1 cup; place in 2 quart pot. Add sugar, cornstarch and water to the pot. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes longer. Strain liquid to remove seeds, if desired. Cool to room temperature (20mins.) Beat 3 cream filling ingredients in a bowl. Spread in bottom of graham crackers crust. Top with remaining raspberries. Pour raspberry sauce over top of raspberries. Refrigerate for about 3 hours. Store in refrigerator.
