1 Lb Ground Beef
Taco seasoning
2 to 3 cups shredded cheese
1 to 2 cans kidney beans, drained and dried
1 small tomato, cut up
1 small can black olives
1/2 cup green peppers, chopped
1 head iceberg lettuce, washed and dried
2 cups catalina or french dressing
1 bag nacho flavored tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, drain grease and season with taco seasoning. Let cool. Make salad with remaing ingredients, except chips and dressing. Right before serving, Mix together Meat, salad, dressing and crushed chips.Toss well and Enjoy!

I got this from my sister Kim. I first made it for John when we were just friends in college and he wanted me to make it all the time for the guys in the Barn. I then brought it to July 4th in the parking lot in Indy and it was a hit! We still make it alot. John likes it best the second day when the chips are softer.
