2/3 cups butter
2/3 cups brown sugar
2 cups chopped nuts
2 cups flour
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cups sugar
4 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. and 2 tsp. lemon juice

Pre-heat to at 350

Mix together first 4 ingredients. Reserve 2 cups.
Put the rest in a 9 x 13" pan and press down.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350.

The mix all the rest of the ingredients and pour over baked crust.
Crumble the reserved 2 cups of crumbs on top of this and bake for 25 minute longer.
