4 T Vegetable oil
1 lb raw shelled peanuts
1-2 T chili powder
3/4 t paprika
2 t salt
1/2 - 1 t cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add peanuts and toss to coat evenly with oil.
Spread peanuts in a single layer and bake for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Stir together remaining ingredients. Remove nuts from oven after 30 minutes. Sprinkle with seasoning mixture and toss well. Return to oven and continue to bake for 30 additional minutes. Drain on paper towel and allow to cool.

Will keep fresh for several weeks.

Be sure to have cold beer on hand when these come out of the oven. Heck, even without the peanuts you need to be sure to have cold beer on hand!
