1 head Romaine lettuce
1/2 cup toasted Sesame Seeds
1 package Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Raspberry or Cider Vinegar
3 Tablespoons water
2 cups Mandarin Oranges or Red Seedless Grapes
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice Romaine lettuce across the head, into 1 inch slices. Then rinse and drain thoroughly. Prepare Italian dressing using Vegetable oil, Water, and Raspberry Vinegar, according to package instructions. Toss lettuce with 1/3 cup of salad dressing, sesame seeds, and Parmesan cheese.
Place on individual serving plates, and top with mandarin oranges or red seedless grape halves.

This colorful and delicious salad was inspired by the Piedmont Club in Winston-Salem, NC. Lisa Richards makes this salad for dinner parties, and it is always a favorite.
