1 lg head of cabbage – shredded
1 c shredded carrots
Set aside.

Coleslaw dressing:
3/4 c apple cider vinegar
1 c sugar
2 T wet mustard
2 t salt
1 T onion
1 1/2 t poppy seeds
2 c oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients of Coleslaw dressing in a blender. Slowly add oil until all is absorbed and dressing is thick. Refrigerate if not used immediately. Use 2 c of dressing for 5 lbs of shredded cabbage. Pour dressing over slaw just before serving.
