2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained 2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts, chopped 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped 2 tsp. finely chopped green onion, more if desired 1 tsp. seasoned salt.
Drain pineapple, combine with remaining ingredients, except nuts. Chill until firm enough to shape into a ball. Roll in nuts.
Can omit green peppers, if you choose. Can add red bell pepper also for color, 1/8 red, 1/8 green Can add some of the nuts to the mixture. Mix with hands, easier than a spoon.
