4 cold leftover Baked Potatoes cubed
2 servings of leftover Roast cubed
1 can of Cut Green Beans drained
Salt & Pepper
Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of cast iron skillet with canola oil. Heat on med-high till hot. Fry potatoes in hot oil till crispy on both sides. Sprinkle black pepper over top and add lots of salt. Mix. Add cubed meat and cook till heated through. Add 1 can of drained green beans. Serve with plenty of ketchup.
