2 10-12 oz. packages frozen chopped spinach
1 onion, chopped
Butter
1 8-10z. package cream cheese, cut in small pieces
1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, cut up
Parmesan cheese or croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Cooked chopped spinach according to package directions. Drain. Saute onion in butter. Add onion and cream cheese pieces to spinach. Add artichoke hearts. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole and top with Parmesan cheese or crushed croutons. Bake at 350 F for 20-30 minutes or until hot.
