1-1.5 T. French Dressing (Western)
1-1.5 T. relish
Few splashes of lemon juice

Optional things you can add depending on what you like:

Finely chopped pickles
More splashes of lemon juice for tart taste
Finely chopped jalapeņos
Small amount of horseradish
