3 c self rising flour
3 T granulated sugar
1 12 oz. can of beer

Directions:

Mix ingredients together.
Pour into 9/5/3 greased loaf pan.
Bake in 350º over for 50-60 minutes.

May substitute the following ingredients for self rising flour.

3 c all purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
