Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach (cooked and well drained)
1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing mix (avg. size)
1 c grated parmesan cheese
6 eggs beaten
3/4 c softened butter
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Roll mixture into balls the size of walnuts in shell
Freeze on cookie sheet.
Once frozen they can be stored in baggies.
Before serving, place frozen puffs on cookie sheet.
Bake in 350º oven for 10 minutes.
