3 medium avocados 3 medium green tomatoes 4 fresh tomatillos 3 cloves garlic 2 - 3 springs cilantro 1 - 2 jalapeņos 1 1/2 cups sour cream salt to taste
Peel avocados and place them in a blender or food processor. In a medium saucepan, boil tomatoes, tomatillos, garlic and jalapeņos for 15 minutes. Remove from sauce pan and drain. Place all ingredients in blender with the avocados. Add sour cream and blend until smooth.
