1 gallon (16cups) chopped tomatoes (strained)
1 qt. chopped onion
1 qt. chopped sweet peppers
3 - 4 jalapeņo peppers (mild) more if needed
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp canning salt
1 tbsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook for 1 hour or longer (until liquid is almost gone). Add 2 - 6 oz cans of tomato paste to thicken. Add a little sugar and salt if necessary to taste.
Put in pint jars and run pressure up to 10lb. Turn off and let set till the pressure is off. Take ja5rs out and let stand for 24 hours. Store on shelf.
